Large beam pavilions and pergolas, built to outlast the house.
Outdoor living spaces built for long, relaxing evenings, and homes built to be the one you always pictured. Heavy timber, quality materials and careful craftsmanship, anywhere in Colorado.
Turning your dreams into reality.
You bring the picture in your head. We bring the plan, the crew and the craftsmanship to make it real, with the owners' attention on your project from the first site visit to the final walkthrough. Every build starts with a plan drawn to scale, a written proposal, and materials chosen to hold up to Colorado wind, sun and snow.
Cedar and Douglas fir beams are flood stained and sealed in our shop. Steel brackets and post bases are custom made and powder coated. Concrete is formed and finished by the same crew that frames above it.
What we build.
Pergola starting points.
A place to start the conversation. Every pergola we build is drawn to scale for your space, so these are starting prices for common footprints. Don't see your size? Tell us the footprint and we'll give you a number.
- Large beam cedar or Douglas fir frame, flood stained and sealed in our shop
- Open rafter top with custom steel brackets and powder coated post bases
- Set on your existing patio or slab, installed by our own crew
- Scaled plan, written proposal and one year workmanship warranty
Final options determine the final price. A gable or shingled roof, plank ceiling, slat privacy walls, lighting and fans, new concrete, stone columns, or an outdoor kitchen or fireplace are all added at the site visit, and your written proposal will show every one of them before you sign.
How a project runs.
We walk the space with you, listen to what you're picturing, and measure everything, including the corners that aren't square.
Drawn to scale with dimensions and layout ties, and a photo mockup when it helps you picture it.
Scope, materials and price in writing. Changes after signing get a written change order.
Our crew builds it with job site protection and cleanup. Our own roll-offs haul the debris.
We walk the finished job together. Your workmanship warranty starts that day.
A Limon family, building all over Colorado.
Alluring Legacy is owned and run by Marcus and Kymberli Spencer. We have called the Limon area home for more than fifteen years, and we build the way we would want our own place built: measured twice, drawn out, and finished clean. Our shop is in Limon, and our crew travels for projects across the state, from Denver and Colorado Springs to the mountains and the plains.
Marcus is on every site. Proposals, plans and change orders come from us, not an office somewhere else, and you will have our cell numbers from the first visit.
Tell us what you're picturing.
Send a few details and we'll reach out to set up a site visit. Photos of the space help, and you can text them to us after.
Thank you. We have it.
